Year-End Filing Readiness
This service is for individuals and small businesses who have gone all year collecting receipts for expenses. Do you need help sorting through that pile of receipts to get organized to file your tax return? We will take those receipts off your hands and generate a Profit/Loss statement based on the receipts.
Representation
As a licensed Enrolled Agent, your Prowess consultant may serve as a representative on your behalf before the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). IRS Form 2848 - Power of Attorney and Declaration of Representative must be filed with the IRS in order for third-party representation to occur. Filing of Form 2848 costs $40.00. Additional fees apply for the representation provided.
Bookkeeping
If keeping up with daily accounting tasks is a challenge, we can help! Your Prowess consultant is a certified Proadvisor in QuickBooks Online. The role of your consultant depends solely on the tasks you need assistance maintaining. We also offer bookkeeping services and tools on a much smaller scale if you’re not quite ready for a software system. Pricing may vary depending upon the scope of the project or services required.
Tax Preparation
We Identify potential tax credits and liabilities while ensuring accurate and complete returns are filed in a timely manner, completing tax forms in accordance with policies and in compliance with legislation and regulations. The starting rate for an individual tax return (Form 1040) is $150.00. Additional rates apply for each form and schedule required to accompany your return. Business rates may vary depending on the type of business entity.
